On the Street 3

A stroll through Pattaya’s streets can always generate a load of photographs. As usual the cartoons on buses and cars are a good source. Interesting figures and flowers are often placed outside shops and in front of spirit houses – and these provide me with subjects. The influx of the Russian tourist hordes provides good business for baht bus taxis – they also offer photo opportunities.

The best way to get around - a "baht bus" taxi.

About ianframe

I have worked and travelled extensively in Middle East and S.E. Asia for many years. I now live in Pattaya, Thailand. I am a keen photographer, and carry my Nikon with me everywhere. The camera is fitted with a 60mm f2.8 macro lens. Since I don't like carrying, changing or buying lenses, I use this same lens for everything. Other interests include wildlife, Chinese ink painting, Tai Chi, jogging, and composing funny verse.
